Woodbrook

The Woodbrook Phase 1 residential development located in Shankill, Co. Dublin forms the first phase of a larger masterplan delivering a mix of private and social housing units on a greenfield site. The completed first phase comprises 311 residential units including 207 housing units, 59 apartment units, and 45 duplex units. The scheme combines multiple structural typologies including off-site manufactured timber frame houses alongside precast concrete frame apartment blocks.

Barrett Mahony Consulting Engineers (BMCE) acted as lead structural designers as part of an architect led multidisciplinary team. BMCE were responsible for the structural design of foundations, substructure, and in-situ concrete superstructure elements.
