This high-end office redevelopment transformed an existing concrete-framed building comprising two blocks of three and five storeys over a basement car park. The project involved extensive structural reconfiguration, including major internal alterations, new stair cores, roof strengthening and significant temporary works to enable a complete architectural re-layout.

Delivered on a constrained urban site, the scheme combines engineering innovation with a premium internal fit-out, including executive boardroom facilities, to create a modern, prestigious workplace supported by sustainable basement drainage and rainwater harvesting systems.
