Alta Verde, Cross Avenue, Blackrock

Alta Verde, located on Cross Avenue in Blackrock, is a large-scale residential development delivering 246 high-quality apartments within a landscaped, mature setting. Barrett Mahony Consulting Engineers provided full civil and structural engineering services for the scheme, supporting the delivery of a series of multi-storey buildings over a shared basement.

The project required careful coordination of complex substructure design, sustainable drainage solutions and robust structural systems to accommodate premium amenities and communal spaces, while responding sensitively to the surrounding residential context. The development achieved a BREEAM Excellent sustainability rating, reflecting its strong environmental performance and sustainable design principles.
