Barrett Mahony provided the structural and civil engineering design for this 49 storey tall reinforced concrete framed building with two basement levels, located in Canary Wharf. Designed by EPR Architects, the development will deliver 1068 student accommodation units alongside shared amenity spaces, including a roof garden and an enhanced public realm. The foundation design required a pile-assisted raft solution to work with the challenging ground conditions and the presence of existing piles from a former seven-storey building on the site.

The scheme received full planning permission in August 2022.
