UK’s first volumetric Gateway 2 approval

We are pleased to announce a significant milestone on ‘The Green’ in Southall, West London - one of our projects with our client Tide and Vision Volumetric.

The 23-storey, 424-bed student accommodation has become the first volumetric building in the UK to achieve Gateway 2 approval under the new building safety regime.

This is a fantastic achievement for our project team in producing a high quality submission, and we look forward to continuing our collaboration with Formation and the wider design team to deliver this landmark project.
