Project Update – Mortons Grove Firhouse, Co. Dublin

Project construction works are well advanced at Mortons Grove in Firhouse, Co Dublin. Barrett Mahony Consulting Engineers are delivering civil and structural engineering consultancy services to Townmore Construction for this new high-quality mixed use development integrating apartments, duplexes and retail units.

The overall works included:

- Sheet piling retaining wall system
- Significant reduced dig excavation
- Double storey basement parking
- Construction of residential 2 no. apartment blocks (4/5 storeys) over transfer slabs incorporating 78 no. residential units and 6 retail units.
