Site 1B which will deliver 324 residential apartments and amenity space, is part of the wider Glass Bottle development.

The overall Glass Bottle site will provide up to 3,800 new homes, alongside commercial space, cultural & community spaces, offices and hotel, in a fantastic location adjoining the bay and minutes from the city centre and Dublin's silicone docks.
With the piling works complete, the pilecaps, basement slab and basement rising elements are progressing apace
Barrett Mahony Consulting Engineers have provided full civil and structural engineering services to our client, Lioncor on the 1B phase. We utilise Tekla Designer and Revit software to design and model the buidling structure in 3D from an early stage, and to coordinate our structure design into the overall building design. This results in a really lean structure, with optimised embodied carbon, which is a core pillar of our approach to sustainability here at Barrett Mahony.
