Project Update: Cherrywood T5

Significant progress has been made on Evara Ireland’s Cherrywood T5 development, where Barrett Mahony Consulting Engineers is delivering full civil and structural engineering services.

The primary structures for all residential units are now complete, with civil works progressing steadily across the site, marking a major milestone as the project enters its final stages.

The completed development will deliver 122 high-quality residential units, including apartments, duplexes, and townhouses, and will be another significant step towards completion of the wider Cherrywood masterplan.
From planning and planning compliance, through to detailed design, tendering, and construction, our team has strived to deliver engineering excellence at every stage of this project, working collaboratively with the whole project team.
