18 Newmarket, Dublin 8 

Great to see the tower crane erected on our 18 Newmarket Square site, Dublin 8 – and finally a blue sky to go with it! With the demolition works, archaeological works and foundation piling all complete, the RC superstructure of this building will progress apace, with project completion anticipated for Q3 2025.
BMCE have provided full civil and structural engineering services to our client, Revelate Capital, for this new, contemporary Build to Rent scheme in the heart of Dublin city.
BMCE have been involved in the delivery of numerous recent projects in the Newmarket Square area, which are key to the ongoing regeneration of this historical Dublin quarter.
