Great to see 18 Newmarket project fully unveiled in the morning sun !

BMCE have provided full civil and structural engineering services to our client, Revelate Capital and Walls Construction Limited D&B for this contemporary Build to Rent scheme in the heart of Dublin city.

The project has delivered 134 high quality apartments, with 255sqm of residential amenity and 516sqm of retail space. Designed by Reddy Architecture + Urbanism, the architecture is befitting of this landmark building’s prominent location at the western gateway to the historic Newmarket Square.
