Barrett Mahony Consulting Engineers have delivered civil and structural engineering consultancy services to Adelphi Real Estate Ltd for Barnhill Place, Dalkey a high-quality residential development integrating apartments and houses. Our design focused on efficient site infrastructure, robust structural solutions, and sustainable drainage, supporting high-performance, energy-efficient homes while responding sensitively to the coastal setting and complex ground conditions.

The overall works included:

• Kingpost retaining wall system
• Significant rock excavation
• Undercroft basement parking
• Construction of residential apartment block over transfer slab incorporating 23 no. apartments
• Construction of 13 Houses
• All civil works associated with apartment blocks and houses
