Project Completion

Congratulations to Marlet Property Group and the entire project team — including Walls Construction Limited, Henry J Lyons Architects, Barrett Mahony Consulting Engineers, JV Tierney & Co. Consulting Engineers, Catalyst Group, KSN, and the The Paul Hogarth Company — on the forthcoming completion of the Claremont Project. What once was an old industrial site is now 512 residential units and approximately 2,600m² of retail space on the edge of Howth Village, it’s fantastic to see this significant development coming to life.
