Project Complete: Artisan Student Accommodation

The Artisan Student Accommodation on Parnell Street for Harrison & DLC Europe has been developed on the historic site of the former St. Peter’s Bakery, the scheme sensitively integrates a protected structure dating back to c.1895 and consists of 5 Blocks that include the extensive conservation and restoration of the protected structure.  

The development consists of 276 modern student beds across the 5 architecturally varied blocks and includes an extensive range of amenities including study spaces, a gym, common areas, landscaped courtyards, and roof gardens.
