As we look ahead to the IStructE ROI Awards this Friday, we’re taking the opportunity to spotlight each of our shortlisted projects — starting with 73 North Wall Quay, Dublin.

Positioned within the heart of Dublin Docklands, this commercial development required a carefully coordinated structural approach within a constrained urban site, containing a heritage listed façade and surrounded by existing infrastructure and neighbouring developments.

The design prioritised structural efficiency, flexibility of internal space, and clean integration with the architectural vision.

We are proud to see the project shortlisted in the Medium Project Category, recognising the collaborative effort behind its delivery.
