Transport House: A New Chapter for Dagenham

We’re thrilled to celebrate the completion of Transport House with Hollybrook!

Transport House is a proud part of the vibrant revitalisation of Dagenham, transforming a once-industrial landscape into a thriving residential community of 149 new homes. Located adjacent to a former Ford manufacturing plant, the site was once home to Unite the Union. The site has been transformed into a vibrant living environment, complete with undercroft parking for the neighbouring Premier Inn. Barrett Mahony Consulting Engineers have designed Sustainable Urban Drainage System (SuDS) features, enhancing the amenity and biodiversity of the landscape.

The structure features a precast concrete superstructure supported by an in situ concrete transfer structure and foundations, optimising buildability, material efficiency, and minimising disruption on site.
Transport House features sustainable land use and urban regeneration, where engineering meets architectural ambition and community revitalisation.
