Now welcoming its first residents, Enclave: Acton rises 32 storeys and delivers 462 high-quality studios supported by five floors of exceptional amenities, redefining what modern co-living can offer.

As part of the wider Enclave portfolio including our other Enclave: Croydon scheme, this project showcases what’s possible when innovative design and delivery come together. Developed by our Client Tide Construction, with precision-engineered modules from Vision Volumetric and architecture by HTA Design, the building stands 106 metres tall — making it the tallest volumetric building in West London.

Completed in just 18 months, Enclave: Acton is another powerful example of how volumetric construction can accelerate delivery without compromising on quality, sustainability or resident experience.
