Congratulations to Tide and the entire project team on securing a resolution to grant planning permission for the Ilderton Road development in Southwark. This significant milestone paves the way for the delivery of over 1,000 much-needed new homes in one of London’s most vibrant and fast-growing boroughs.

With a final decision from the Mayor of London expected soon, we’re thrilled that construction is on track to begin in the coming months. This project represents a major step forward in addressing London’s housing shortage and creating a thriving, sustainable community for future residents.
