ICE Awards 2025

Great to see our Newmarket Yards project win the ‘Residential Private Over €50m’ award at the Irish Construction Excellence awards last Friday. Barrett Mahony Consulting Engineers provided full civil, traffic and structural engineering services on the project to our client Carrowmore Property. Barrett Mahony are playing our part in the regeneration of the Newmarket Quarter. We have been involved in six recent projects in the Newmarket area, including Mill Street Student Residences, Sweeneys Corner Residences, The Eight Building offices, 18 Newmarket residential and Newmarket Yard residential and Newmarket Premier Inn hotel.
