GREAT PROGRESS ON CITY CENTRE HOTEL EXTENSION

Barrett Mahony Consulting Engineers are delighted to share progress on the Clayton Hotel Cardiff Lane extension for Dalata Hotel Group, which will deliver a 115‑bedroom expansion to one of Dublin’s busiest hotels.

Space is tight on this city centre site, which is bounded by existing buildings on three sides. A precast concrete solution was adopted comprising precast walls, beams, stairs and floor plates. The precast superstructure is nearing completion and the glazed front façade has commenced. Looking forward to seeing the façade progress over the coming weeks.
