Glass Bottle 1B Completion at Poolbeg, Dublin 4

Another phase of the Glass Bottle development has reached completion. Phase 1B has delivered 324 residential apartments, amenity space and creche.

The overall Glass Bottle site will provide up to 3,800 new homes, alongside commercial space, cultural & community spaces, offices and hotel, in a fantastic location adjoining the bay and minutes from the city centre.

Barrett Mahony Consulting Engineers have provided full civil and structural engineering services to our client, Lioncor on the 1B phase. 

We are delighted to be playing our part assisting Lioncor in realising their vision for this hugely significant site - working alongside a first class team.
