Claremont Howth - Shortlisted for Irish Construction Society Awards 2026

We’re delighted to share that the Claremont Project has been shortlisted in the Building Category at this year’s Irish Concrete Society Awards. The project is a fitting recognition of a site with a long-standing heritage in precast concrete manufacturing.

This project showcases concrete at its best, featuring exposed concrete columns, bridge deck soffits, and board-formed concrete walls that celebrate both performance and finish. Each block is constructed with a residential column grid supported on a transfer slab over a basement car park, demonstrating efficient structural design and high-quality execution throughout.
