BMCE Wins Overseas Cateogry at ACEI Awards 2026

We’re delighted to see The Eades, Walthamstow, London recognised at the Association of Consulting Engineers of Ireland (ACEI) Engineering Excellence Awards 2026.

The project delivers 495 apartments across two high-rise towers, constructed above a live shopping centre using volumetric modular construction—accelerating programme while minimising disruption.

Delivered over the London Underground Victoria Line and in close coordination with Transport for London, it represents a complex and highly constrained urban scheme.

A great example of collaboration, innovation and strong engineering delivery, and a fantastic achievement for everyone involved.
