ACP Grants Permission for Much-Needed Assisted Living and Transitional Care Facility in Loughlinstown.

We are delighted to announce that An Coimisiún Pleanála has granted final planning permission for a much-needed Assisted Living and Transitional Care Facility in Loughlinstown, following the initial Notification of Decision to Grant issued by Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council in February. Working alongside the project team, Barrett Mahony Consulting Engineers provided the full suite of Civil and Traffic Engineering services in support of the planning application, helping to deliver a robust and comprehensive planning submission.

This represents a significant milestone for our client, Clopen Capital Ltd, and the entire project team.
