Europes Tallest Volumetric Tower at 163m high across 50 and 35 Storeys

We are beyond proud to have won the 2024 Association of Consulting Engineers of Ireland (ACEI) Engineering Excellence Award in the Overseas Category for College Road, Croydon, London, UK. The towers were constructed from 1,725 modules manufactured offsite and erected over a 40-week period. Topping out at 163m high, it is Europe’s Tallest structure to be built using Modular Construction methods, passing out our previous design on the neighbouring "Ten Degrees Croydon" scheme.
