We are delighted to share that 73 North Wall Quay, Dublin has been awarded Winner – Medium Project Category at the IStructE Republic of Ireland Structural Awards.

Positioned within the heart of Dublin Docklands, this commercial development required a carefully coordinated structural approach within a constrained urban site, incorporating the retention of a heritage-listed façade and working alongside surrounding infrastructure and neighbouring developments.

The design prioritised structural efficiency, flexibility of internal space, and clean integration with the architectural vision, while safeguarding the character of the existing structure.

A fantastic recognition of the collaborative effort across the entire project team.
